How can I find out where my order is?

Once we receive payment, we prepare the shipment of the products that make up the order. Once the carrier confirms the tracking number (usually within 24 hours after placing the order), our system automatically sends it to the email address indicated when placing the order, with a link to track the order.

I have not received the tracking number

If there is a weekend in between, you may not receive your order tracking until Monday. This does not mean that the shipment is not in progress, but depending on the carrier, their system may not be updated over the weekend.

If 24 business hours have passed since payment and you have not received the tracking number, you can contact us at contacto@stopantallas.com with your order number so we can review it and send you the link with the tracking number.

What is my order number?

When you completed the payment, our system sent an email to your email address with the order number. This is the number you must provide us with in any email query about a specific order so that we can help you.
