Why foam?
The foam can be modified to suit your needs. In this case, the edge can be made softer so that it conforms better to your hand and makes less noise when bouncing off floors and walls, while the interior can be made just the right density so that it has a realistic bounce compared to a regulation basketball.
Also, since it is made of foam, it can be washed with water and you can play with it normally again once it dries.
Different sizes
The size guide explains this, but the 18 cm option is equivalent to size 3 for regulation basketball in Europe (FIBA). The 21 cm option is equivalent to size 5, and the 24 cm option is equivalent to size 7, which is official for men's categories from 12 years old and for professionals.
Better with a basket!
The ball is used to improve dribbling technique and movements with the ball, but if you have enough space to shoot, the basket also helps you train and have fun shooting.
The basket includes a double-sided adhesive sticker to install it on the wall without having to make holes, and the ring has a diameter of 30 cm.
The importance of reducing screen time
They harm the eyesight
Too much screen time strains the eyeballs and can create/aggravate vision problems, especially in children.
The blue light emitted by screens is the cause, and it is more dangerous when the screen is close to the eyes.
Concentration problems
Much of the content on social media (especially that made for children) is designed to achieve the longest possible consumption time, which creates the habit of spending hours switching from one video to another without using creativity.
If the brain gets used to receiving dopamine simply by looking at a screen, it will be increasingly difficult to entertain itself with things that require effort.
Lower quality of sleep
Prolonged use of screens during the day keeps the brain active and makes it difficult for it to enter "rest mode" and maintain it at night (in both adults and children).
