HOW TO PLAY
You can always play individually or in a group trying to see who can get it on the platform with the most difficult shot, but the idea is to compete 1vs1 or 2vs2 in the following ways:
- With cards : You have to draw a card (the green ones are easy and the blue ones are difficult) and, pulling one by one, make the shape with the balls of your color. You can play the best of 3, 5... or all with 1 card.
- 4 in a row : We don't think much explanation is needed... 😂
- Connected balls : This is the most difficult. The goal is to have the 8 balls of one color connected, either diagonally, horizontally or vertically. Once all balls have been thrown, you can strategically choose which one to throw to get closer to the target.
- Size : The board measures 20x20cm, and the balls are 3cm in diameter, perfect for fitting in if you make a good shot.
MONTESSORI METHOD
It is difficult to summarise, all the information can be found on the internet, but the Montessori method is a learning method that, through certain types of toys, helps boys and girls develop specific skills, with the aim of achieving comprehensive learning by going area by area, so that they can develop their physical and intellectual capacities to the maximum.
With the Bounce Ball, although it is designed for all ages, children develop their strategic vision and fine motor skills, as they need to make very precise throws to get the ball into the space they want.
STOP SCREENS
And of course, we haven't created a project focused on helping reduce screen time to forget to mention that this game is a great alternative for people of all ages to spend quality time together, without screens in between.
The importance of reducing screen time
They harm the eyesight
Too much screen time strains the eyeballs and can create/aggravate vision problems, especially in children.
The blue light emitted by screens is the cause, and it is more dangerous when the screen is close to the eyes.
Concentration problems
Much of the content on social media (especially that made for children) is designed to achieve the longest possible consumption time, which creates the habit of spending hours switching from one video to another without using creativity.
If the brain gets used to receiving dopamine simply by looking at a screen, it will be increasingly difficult to entertain itself with things that require effort.
Lower quality of sleep
Prolonged use of screens during the day keeps the brain active and makes it difficult for it to enter "rest mode" and maintain it at night (in both adults and children).
